The multi-point star motif is an American legacy. Colonial sconce makers amplified the candle`s firelight glow by fitting a concave backplate with a starburst array of mirrored glass panes. Picking up on this tradition, we cut Barton`s twenty wedged facets from a solid crystal block. Set against a plated nickel backdrop, Barton`s silvery crystal star reflects the warm light its pleated silk shade pours out toward it.
