The word "estela" translates as "trail," and the Estela 6 Light Foyer takes its inspiration from the cascading paths nature carves and the wild beauty surrounding them — doubled-up recycled wavy steel vanes finished in matte black with a slight French gold edge, a Monarch-butterfly-wing detail hand-applied along every vane. As a foyer chandelier, entryway chandelier, or staircase chandelier, the six-light foyer scale fills the volume of a two-story foyer, open staircase, or grand entryway, as a dining room or living room chandelier, Estela holds the room with hand-shaped metal language rather than ornament. The matte black grounds the room while the gold edges catch warmth from surrounding brass or wood. Hand-forged from 70% recycled steel and shaped wave-by-wave, the matte black layered, the gold edging hand-applied in small batches.
