This Authentic and rare 14 Acorn Tiffany Lamp, circa 1910-1920, is made with 100% Tiffany Favrile Studio Art Glass, from Tiffany's furnaces. The shade is signed "TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK" and numbered "1420 - 42" which was Tiffany's way of designating his Special Shades. The oil burning Tobacco Leaf base, originally designed before electric light bulbs were in wide use, and was electrified by using a Tiffany Oil to electrical Converter Cluster in the Tiffany Studios of New York. The shade is a pristine example without any cracked glass and the Patina on the Base is outstanding. It is a very nice Green Brown with Red accents worked in. "
