L.C. Tiffany was well known for his use of dragonflies in many of his original designs. Our bright Tavis Dragonfly Tiffany Table Lamp is an excellent representation of Tiffany`s love of the winged insect. The deep dome shade features a background of fiery red, orange and amber art glass pieces, set in a pebble stone pattern that are designed to cast a warm glow about the room when the lamp is lit. A row of dragonflies with iridescent bodies are set end to end around the shade for added color. White glass pieces at the top of the shade and a banded, beaded bottom border provide extra texture and visual interest. The finely cast metal base is finished in Antique Bronze and features a lovely design with floral accents around the pedestal base.
