This contemporary Metro Fusion wall sconce features an original lighting design that is far from traditional. This unique shade features a Dragonfly in Bas Relief on green-coloured kiln-fired, fused art glass, surrounded by a Frosted Art Glass background. Bas-relief is a decorative sculptural technique in which designs are raised slightly from the glass surface, creating a subtle 3D texture, depth, and an interplay with light. It is perfect for a beautiful display in hallways, dining areas, and living spaces in fine homes and hotels. The Metro Fusion Wings Wall Sconce is included in our American-made, American- designed, handcrafted Fused Glass Collection, manufactured in Yorkville, New York. The fixture is UL and cUL listed for dry and damp locations. Each shade is a unique work of art with color variations based on natural ingredients inherent in the glass. The Quality Bent Glass division of Meyda Lighting is over 100 years in the making. Today, we are still creating timeless masterpieces using tools and methods from the days when we supplied Tiffany Studios. Fused glass colors and metal finishes are customizable, as each fixture is handcrafted to order.
