This beloved lighting design is modeled after the original Hanging Head dragonfly from Tiffany Studios. Diving Blue Dragonflies with glowing jeweled eyes and delicate metal filigree wings circle over hand-cut and copperfoiled pieces of Lakeside Blue and Pond Green glass representing rippling water. This lovely shade is created using the famous Meyda Tiffany copperfoil construction and enhanced with a Mahogany Bronze finished base. The lamp design is inspired by Dragonflies that inhabit renowned gardens in the New York Botanical Garden in Bronx Park, New York City, and the White House in Washington, D.C. The beautiful lamp is ideal for placement in picture windows and on desks and tables to create a stunning design statement.
