The Naktis series of vessels gained its namesake from the Lithuanian word meaning "nights." Perforations on a textured black surface bear resemblance to a backlit canopy of stars, revealing a gilded gold-washed interior. The Naktis series was designed to house a votive candle or battery light to create beams of light that dance around the core before beaming through uniform holes. The vessels are elevated by a pedestal vase that accentuates the rounded silhouettes.
