Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:
Most orders over $100 ship for free. Orders with large/overweight items ship for a flat fee of $150 per item. As soon as we receive and verify payment, we will ship via FedEx or UPS. Please allow up to 5-15 business days for your order to arrive. If your order says delivered and you have not received it, you MUST notify us within 7 days of said delivery. Otherwise, we may not be able to do anything to help you.

Orders that require LTL (freight truck) are delivered curb-side only. If any other services are required that will need to be negotiated between you and the freight company. Our normal shipping is for the lower 48 states. If you would like to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, please email cs@lightingdesign.com for a quote. We do not ship internationally currently.
